Packaging and transport, defects and complaints


The goods ordered are generally transported carriage paid to the curb by a designated transport specialist to the delivery address provided. With the order confirmation you will receive an indication of the expected delivery time of the ordered products. A few days before delivery you will be contacted by phone or email to agree on the exact delivery day and delivery time.


A flat rate per order is charged for packaging and transport, depending on the weight and size of the delivery. In the case of small deliveries (foot connectors, etc.), the shipping costs are offset with a flat rate (CHF 45.00 / parcel post A). For deliveries abroad, the transport company handles customs clearance and VAT at the border and bills the customer directly.


If you notice any damage to the packaging or the products upon delivery, we ask you to check the contents immediately and to report any defects to the carrier immediately. These are then recorded and the goods are replaced as quickly as possible. Please understand if we can no longer accept defects that are reported later.

Returns / exchanges

We are very sorry if the goods delivered do not correspond to the products ordered or if the wrong number was given. Please report this to the forwarding agent immediately. This can then take back the wrong or surplus goods. Otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge you half of the additional costs incurred for the additional transport.

If you have ordered the wrong goods due to an error or mistake and would like to exchange them, we will try everything to do so without additional costs for you. However, we cannot promise you this and we have to charge you for the additional elements.
